Our organization does not participate in immigration enforcement or deportation activities. We support only voluntary, informed decisions made by the individuals we serve.

One of PATH's distinguishing programs is voluntary humanitarian repatriation. For some individuals, returning home is a carefully considered personal decision—not a punishment or failure. PATH believes that, when chosen freely and supported appropriately, returning home can provide an opportunity for healing, family reunification, renewed stability, and a fresh beginning.
